The Burg-Wächter CL440E fire safes benefit from superior German engineering and provide excellent protection of valuables in case of attack or fire. The body of the safe is filled with fire proof insulation which meets DIN 14102, while the composite door protects the door and bolts from heat. The fire protection is independently certified to 30 minutes, according to LFS 30P (EN 15659), with the internal temperature maintained low enough to protect paper contents.
The door and the body of the safe are double walled and the door is fitted with large 25mm locking bolts and a sliding top bolt, all providing outstanding attack resistance and manufactured to VDMA 24992 security level B. The safe has been VdS tested and independently certified to ECB.S Grade S2 (EN 14450) which is recognised by the Association of Insurance Surveyors.
The SecuTronic electronic programmable combination lock has been VdS tested and ECB.S certified to EN1300 class 2/B. The user can easily set a secure personalised 6 digit pin, which will be one of almost one million possible combinations.
The internal space is suitable for A4 files and bulky items and comes fitted with an adjustable shelf to create a flexible and practical storage area. Supplied with 3 AAA batteries, wall and floor fixing kit and instruction manual.
