All items must be returned in the condition and packaging you received them in. You have 28 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund, Meridian Security does not refund postage or packaging costs for the return.
You should have received a returns label enclosed within your parcel, please fill out the relevant details and enclose it within your return, attach the returns address to your package. If you have not received a returns form please download one here
We suggest the return is sent tracked mail, so you are able to track your return. Please ensure you keep all proof of postage for your return. Meridian Security are not liable for any items that go missing.
All returns must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Returns must be packaged in waterproof packaging with our returns address clearly marked on the parcel, we request that customers do not tape, mark or write on product boxes or packaging. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delay in processing your return.
Bespoke items or goods made to the customers specification.
Bespoke items or goods made to the customers specification, such keyed alike door cylinders, extra keys for cylinders or keys cut to code are non - refundable, unless wrongly supplied or faulty.
With very few exceptions, keys are cut individually to the customers' requirements and as such are not stock items. We are therefore unable to accept the returns for keys that have been incorrectly ordered, or are surplus to requirements.
