Products Installed by Meridian Security may collect system and event information relating to their setup, configuration and operation.

• When Equipment has been installed, Equipment data, data regarding building spaces, energy usage data, fault data, event data, environmental data, and other internal or external data as well as product usage information and product performance data. In some circumstances, this information may be Personal Data. In the case of video or security products, the information may also include video and audio signals and data. The nature and extent of the information collected by our products will vary based on the type and function of the product and the type of services for which they are used, subject to applicable laws.
• When you use our store or office facilities which usually have CCTV systems operating for the security of customers, employees and visitors. These systems may record your image during your visit. These images are stored for no longer than 10 days.
How and why do we use this information?
Meridian Security will only process information that is necessary for the purpose for which it has been collected. You will always have the option not to receive marketing communications from us (and you can withdraw your consent or object at any time). How do we protect your data?
Access to your personal data is password-protected, and sensitive data is secured by SSL encryption. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share a password with anyone.
