Avocet lock lubricant is made to lubricate cylinders and/or padlocks ,direct the applicator into the keyway (the slot where the key enters)spray for 1-2 seconds. if the cylinder or padlock has not been maintained for a while or is contaminated with dirt/debris it may be necessary to repeat the process, wipe away any spillage with a dry cloth.
Cylinders/padlocks should be lubricated every 6 months. For locations which are exposed to the elements, lubrication should be carried out every 3 months.
