    Standard UK Delivery: Takes 2-4 working days from despatch date. Our standard delivery charge is £4.99, orders are sent by DPD or FedEx

    Next Day: Orders placed before 15.00pm Monday – Thursday will be sent next working day via DPD or FedEx. Expect delivery between 9-5 Monday – Friday, no deliveries are made over the weekend. Orders placed on a Friday will be delivered on a Monday. Our next day delivery charge is £6.99

  • Tracking your order

    On all of our delivery services we supply online tracking information, you are able to track your parcel using the tracking number and link provided on your despatch email. All parcels are despatched on a signed for service, we recommend you do not change this. If you wish to do so Daniel Footwear do not take responsibility for lost items.

     Please note that for all of our delivery services deliveries will take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There will be no deliveries on a Saturday or Sunday.

     
  • Additional Chargeable Services

    Certain products due to their size and/or weight (such as safes) may be subject to additional delivery costs. Items over 24kg will incur and further £10 charge. (and every subsequent 24kg)

     

  • Failed Delivery

    If our couriers miss you on their first attempt, they will leave you a calling card with further instructions to arrange re delivery or collection of your parcel. 

  • When Will Your Delivery Arrive

     Please note that deliveries will take place Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There will be no deliveries on a Saturday or Sunday.

  • Delivery Address for Key Orders

    We advise customers who are having Keys Cut to code not to have the key/ keys delivered to the address they are to be used for.  We send all parcels on a secure signed for service, but advise for extra security that you have the items delivered to an alternative address.

    We realise that there will be times when you really need to speak to someone. Our office is open from 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday and 09:00 - 16:00 on a Friday and 09:00 - 12:00 on a Saturday.

  • When is the Money debited from my account

    Funds are debited from your account when the order is submitted. If an item is out of stock or unobtainable for any reason, you will be given the option of an alternative item or a full refund on the unavailable product.

  • Stock Availability

    We endeavour to have all our available stock displaying on the website. Where the item is currently not in stock you will see the message ‘Email me when available’ next to it.

    Once selected a link will become available beneath the product price that will enable you to sign up for an automated notification email when the item is back in stock. Please note that not all of our lines are replenished once sold out.

  • Amending an Order

    Once you have placed your order unfortunately we are unable to make changes. Once placed your order is sent immediately to our warehouse to process for delivery to ensure we meet your delivery times. 

  • Alternative Delivery Address

    You are able to have your order delivered to an alternative delivery address, there is an opportunity for you to enter the alternate delivery address on the address page of the Checkout. Please note if you are paying Via PayPal you will not have the option of changing the delivery address. 

  • Cancelling an Order

    Once you have placed your order the process of confirming you order and charging you is very quick. Unfortunately, we are very rarely able to intervene with this process, however we do have a quick and easy returns process, please see our returns information.

  • Forgotten Your Password

    You can request a new password by clicking on the “Forgotten Password” link on the login page. A password reset will be sent to the email address link to your account, click on the link and follow the instructions given. The password should change immediately.

  • Spending E- wallet Funds

    To spend your e-wallet funds, add the items you wish to purchase to your basket then click proceed to payment. Select pay with credit or debit card, you will then be given the option to use your E Wallet balance. Please note you will not be able to use E Wallet funds if you wish to pay with PayPal.

  • Returns Overview

    Naturally we hope that you are delighted with your purchase, but understand that there may be reason for you to wish to return it.

    All items must be returned in the condition and packaging you received them in.

    You have 28 days from when you receive your order to return your purchase for a refund, Meridian Security does not refund postage or packaging costs for the return.

    You should have received a returns label enclosed within your parcel, please fill out the relevant details and enclose it within your return, attach the returns address to your package. 

    We suggest the return is sent tracked mail, so you are able to track your return. Please ensure you keep all proof of postage for your return. Meridian Security are not liable for any items that go missing.

    All returns must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged. Returns must be packaged in waterproof packaging with our returns address clearly marked on the parcel, we request that customers do not tape, mark or write on product boxes or packaging. Failure to follow these instructions may result in a delay in processing your return.

    Bespoke items or goods made to the customers specification.

    Bespoke items or goods made to the customers specification, such keyed alike door cylinders, extra keys for cylinders or keys cut to code are non–refundable, unless wrongly supplied or faulty.

    With very few exceptions, keys are cut individually to the customers' requirements and as such are not stock items. We are therefore unable to accept the returns for keys that have been incorrectly ordered, or are surplus to requirements.

    If you have received the incorrect item or your item is faulty, please contact a member of our customer service team. 

     
  • Internal Returns Processing Times

    Please note that your return can take up to 7 working days to process from when we receive it back at our warehouse. We will inform you that the return has been processed via email. All refunds will be made to the original payment method. Please note that funds to debit/credit cards can take 3-5 working days to appear back on your account.
